Mustafa Varank, Industry and Technology Minister of Turkey, accompanied by Bilal Macit, General Manager of R&D Incentives at the Ministry of Industry and Technology, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Cahit Güran, Rector of Hacettepe University, Dr. Veysel Tiryaki, General Manager of Hacettepe Technopolis, visited Loop Games on February 25, 2022. Founder and CEO of Loop Games, Mert Gür, gave information about the company and the mobile gaming industry in Turkey.

Our CEO and founder Mert Gür informed Mustafa Varank that Loop Games brought 200 million dollars export income to Turkey with the games, Match 3D and Match Tile 3D, that were sold to Applovin. Mert Gür also stated that the mobile game industry in Turkey is growing rapidly and said, "Turkey is one of the best in the mobile game industry right now, and the whole world acknowledges this. If we can focus on this side and establish big game companies, no one can catch up with us."

Mert Gür stated that the government grants and supports given to the game industry in Turkey is more encouraging when compared to other countries, but these supports are not known enough in the world. Mert Gür emphasized that the human resources in Turkey’s mobile game industry have advanced technical capabilities. Thanks to these two factors salaries in the gaming industry can compete with those abroad, stated our CEO, Mert Gür and said, “There is even a reverse brain drain in our company.”

Industry and Technology Minister of Turkey, Mustafa Varank, pointed out that the Loop Games also paid 200 million liras in taxes and said, "This is what we call the new economy, the value-added economy.".

Mert Gür showed the new blockchain game project, Pethereum, of Loop Games to Mustafa Varank and shared the vision of Loop Games in the mobile gaming industry and blockchain gaming industry.
